Receta: Pizza de espelta

Ingredientes para la masa de 2 pizzas:

  • 170g de harina de espelta integral
  • 100 g de agua templada
  • 2g de levadura
  • 1 cucharadita de café rasa de sal
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra

Preparación:

  1. Disuelve la levadura en agua removiendo bien.
  2. Ahora iremos añadiendo el resto de ingredientes: el agua, la levadura, la sal y el aceite. Removemos bien para hacer una buena masa y cuando todo esté mezclado, pondremos la masa sobre una superficie amplia para trabajar.
  3. Amasamos la masa durante 5-10 minutos para que quede flexible y no se pegue entre los dedos.
  4. Finalmente hacemos una bola y la dejamos reposar en el bol, tapada con un film transparente en un lugar cálido durante una hora aproximadamente.
  5. Partimos la bola en dos ya que la masa da para dos pizzas y haremos una bolita con cada trozo, puedes hacerlas o congelar la otra restante para otra ocasión.
  6. Estira la bola y extiéndela con un rodillo para que quede fina y crujiente.
  7. Hornear la base de la pizza durante 6-7 minutos a 200 ºC y mientras vamos a hacer la base de tomate.

Para la base de tomate utilizaremos:

  • 400 g de tomate natural triturado
  • 25 g de AOVE
  • Una pizca de sal y pimienta molida


En un caldero ponemos el aceite y cuando esté caliente añadimos el tomate triturado, sazonamos y cocinamos durante 15 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando hasta que espese. Dejamos que se enfríe un poco antes de ponerlo sobre la masa de la pizza.

Además, en este caso nosotros le añadimos orégano, calabacín, pimiento rojo y verde y cebolla morada. La volvemos a introducir a 200ºC vigilando👀 el tiempo según el horno hasta que quede a tu gusto y voilá, ¡pizza deliciosa para disfrutar!
