Prebióticos y probióticos. ¿Qué son?

Hoy te cuento cómo diferenciar entre los PRObióticos y los PREbióticos en tu alimentación con el fin de evitar descompensaciones en tu microbiota intestinal.

PRObióticos:

Son microorganismos vivos que actúan como barrera intestinal y refuerzan el sistema inmunitario.

  • Chucrut: col fermentada
  • Kéfir
  • Tempeh
  • Encurtidos
  • Miso: pasta elaborada con soja, cebada o arroz fermentado.
  • Kombucha: bebida de té fermentada
  • Yogur

PREbióticos:

Son nutrientes (fibra), no digeribles que llegan intactos al colon, producen bacterias beneficiosas, aportan alimento para nuestra microbiota.

  • Legumbres y cereales integrales
  • Verduras
  • Polifenoles: especias, cacao, frutos rojos, frutos secos…
  • Frutas
  • Leche materna
